DEPOSIT POLICY


  • A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required for all initial appointments to secure time slot.

  • You will be allowed only ONE deposit transfer + reschedule. This request must be made a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you wish to reschedule your appointment a second time, you will need to pay another deposit.

  • If you show up to your appointment with a condition that goes against the contraindications list or if you disregard pre-care instructions, we have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • If you no-call, no-show, you forfeit your deposit.

 

LATE POLICY


  • There will only be a 15 minute grace period for all appointments.

  • Please schedule your appointments accordingly and arrive in a timely manner. This includes accounting for traffic. Please GPS the studio address to get a good estimate on how far you are from us.

  • Anything passed 15 minutes will be considered a NO-SHOW and your appointment will be canceled. This is due to the fact that this cuts into my next appointment slot.

 

RESCHEDULE POLICY


  • All rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Anything less will forfeit your deposit.

 

NO-SHOW POLICY


  • All no-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit. You will need to pay another deposit and re-book your appointment.

I do ask to please respect my time and send a courtesy text if you do not plan to show up to your appointment.

 

GUEST POLICY


  • NO GUESTS

  • NO CHILDREN

  • The only exception will be translators/interpreters.
